FOR OVER A DECADE, Western Residents has existed under different names (Good Morning Midnight, The Half Empties) and a shifting lineup, rehearsing and recording in basements, garages and rented rooms. The Oklahoma City indie rock band solidified their membership in 2008 and began writing new material with influences ranging from Archers of Loaf to The Cure.
